Baggage Policy

On international flights, excluding North and South America:

  1. Economy Class passengers: 30kg
  2. Premium Economy and Business Class passengers: 40kg
  3. First Class passengers: 50kg

On international flights to North and South America:

  1. Economy and Premium Economy Class passengers: 2 pieces of up to 23kg each,
  2. Business and First Class passengers: 3 pieces of up to 32kg.

Web Check-In

Say goodbye to the long check-in queues. Qantas Airways allows passengers to check-in online through their website or mobile. Passengers traveling on domestic flights should check-in between 24 hours and one hour prior to departure and passengers on international flights may check in between 24 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
